Bachelor of Arts degree in Merchandising and Design
The Bachelor of Arts degree in Merchandising and Design is a balanced dual-major program. Tuition
Guaranteed Full-Time Tuition Rate
Wade College recognizes that good financial planning is required on the part of parents and students to meet educational expenses over the course of the student’s enrollment. In support of this need, Wade College guarantees students that they will not encounter a full-time tuition rate increase in any of the first four trimesters of their Associate of Arts degree program and in any of the first four trimesters of their Bachelor of Arts degree program. This policy of no full-time tuition rate increases after entry allows students to closely estimate educational costs during the financial planning process.
Any student taking more than the normal time for degree completion will be charged the current full-time tuition rate for each additional trimester of study. If a student withdraws and is later readmitted, the current tuition rate will be assessed for each remaining trimester.
Students who transfer credits from other institutions will see a corresponding reduction in their tuition costs.
Program Fees
Other fees include any other costs associated with the program. Some fees may be required for all students in a program, while others may be different depending on electives chosen.
The Registration fee is due upon acceptance into the Associate of Arts degree program. The Application fee is due with the submission of the Bachelor of Arts Degree Application for Admission. Course fees are assessed to cover consumable supplies, distribution and supply of classroom materials used by students, and equipment purchases related directly to student participation in the classroom or laboratory; these fees may vary between electives. Library use fees are collected to support the development and maintenance of the Wade College Library collections, as well as to provide other services to meet student needs. Student services fees are assessed to cover the cost of student services that directly involve or benefit students, including, but not limited to, student organizations and activities. Technology use fees are charged to a student to defray costs associated with the addition of instructional software, equipment in the computer laboratories, and network infrastructure, as well as information technology support.
Please refer to the college catalog or your tuition and enrollment agreement for more information on program fees (both required and optional).
