Rusty Bell – Chairperson

Teaching Experience:
Professor Bell has eight years of college level teaching experience. He teaches courses in Construction, Pattern Making (beginning – advanced), Draping (beginning – advanced), Fashion Illustrations (beginning – advanced), Photoshop, Illustrator, Knitwear, Evening Wear, Technical Design.

Professional Experience:
Professor Bell has fifteen years of fashion industry design experience including as F3 Designs / Thriii for men – Owner, Morgan James – Lead Designer, Lulu & Kath – Lead Designer, Sharon Young, Inc. – Design/CAD Artist, Campus Couture – Design/ Production, Jaden Fabrics – Design and Textile Development, Water Color Inc. – Trainer and Intertex Apparel Group - Designer

Laura Chapuis

Teaching Experience:
Professor Chapuis has eight years of college-level teaching experience at Wade College teaching Fashion Design I, Fashion CAD I, Fashion Design III, Fashion Design IV, and Fashion CAD II.

Professional Experience:
Professor Chapuis has ten years of experience as a professional fashion designer designing for GM Design Group and Nordstrom, Kenar, Vivienne Tam, New York & Co, and JC Penney. She designed a sustainable eco-conscious contemporary women’s apparel line sold in over 30 boutiques and featured in national magazines such as Shape, Lucky, Real Simple, and Town & Country.
