Wade College holds a Certificate of Authorization acknowledging exemption from Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board regulations.  The college is approved by the Texas Veterans Commission for training veterans and other eligible persons under the provisions of Title 38, United States Code.  The college is also authorized under Federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students and issue INS form I-20.
